The industry contracts end

By the Berlin motor show of March 1934 Ganz has lost all his German contracts. Daimler-Benz later stated that it had never denounced him; on 22 January 1935, with Ganz already living in Switzerland, the two sides reached an agreement, and the inventions contract was put back into force in June 1935 until Ganz's lawyer terminated it with effect from 31 March 1936.
