"Seppl" at the Villa Solina

On 25 April 1924 Josef, called "Seppl" in the family, writes a humorous poem with a drawing into the guestbook of the Villa Solina in St. Niklausen near Lucerne, the home of his uncle Alfred Ganz since 1918. He has come from a cure for his leg in Celerina. His father Hugo had already spent the summer of 1919 recovering at the villa, which from 1939 sheltered relatives persecuted by the Nazi regime.
